1cupflourplain or a combination of wholemeal and plain
½teaspoonbaking soda
1cuplightly crushed cornflakes
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar and honey together.
Stir in flour and baking soda.
Finally stir in cornflakes.
Put on tray in usual way.
Lightly flatten with a fork.
Bake 170°C 12 minutes
Notes
The lower temperature is very important when cooking with honey as it burns more easily.
